GLA:D Back

GLA:D Back is an evidence-based education and exercise program developed in Denmark to help people better understand and manage low back pain.

This 6-week program combines education, supervised exercises, and practical strategies to improve strength, mobility, confidence, and daily function. Participants learn how to manage their symptoms and stay active with confidence.

Research has shown that the GLA:D Back program can help reduce low back pain, improve function, increase confidence in movement, and support long-term self-management for better back health.
